How to Get a ‘Meltas’ Place, a ‘Glacier House’ in a New York City Garage

A new garage is on the horizon for the former location of the National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington, D.C. Now the owner is ready to show off the finished product, and it’s a real-world melting asphalt driveway.

The garage, called Meltas Place, will be located in the former Museum of the Moving Image building on South Congress Avenue.

The former building, built in the 1950s, houses a number of historical sites, including the National Gallery of Art, the National Archives, and the National Historical Park.

But the museum is currently undergoing renovations, and so Meltas, the building’s owner, wants to bring it back to its former glory.

“It was a huge investment in building the museum and also in making the space accessible to the public,” Meltas’ new general manager, Andrew Fazio, told the New York Post.

“That building is an incredible building.

It is so beautiful and the public should come visit and get to see it.”

Fazia said that he decided to use a garage after he saw the Museum of Modern Art in Washington D.D. in March, where he saw so many amazing projects using reclaimed materials.

“I saw it was the perfect fit,” he said.

“We have the best reclaimed concrete on the planet, and we have this beautiful place to work on our ideas.

We wanted to take advantage of that.”

The garage will be used for building the new museum, as well as a number other projects, including a sculpture garden, a “micro-art” garden, and a new art gallery.

Meltas will be opening in March of 2019, and Fazi said the museum will be open during the summer.

“The building is just a perfect place for a museum,” he told the Post.

He also said that the space will be “green,” and will be a “living museum” that will provide a permanent home for art and history.

Faziano told the newspaper that the new garage will also be a hub for local artists.

“Our mission is to bring together all of our disparate talents and collaborate on creating new kinds of spaces, such as a sculpture gallery,” he added.

“These are spaces where we can share ideas, bring people together, and build something new.”

The building will be opened to the general public in late 2019, though it will be temporarily closed for the refurbishment of the building before the new exhibit opens in 2020.

The building is currently being designed by New York-based architecture firm Kory Pritchard, and is scheduled to open in 2019.
